Drawing on firsthand knowledge of accessibility challenges, he is dedicated to creating products and experiences that empower users, regardless of ability.

As a designer, Kardo has worked with large organisations as well as startups to improve the usability of digital products for individuals with disabilities, focusing on the principle that inclusive design leads to better design for all.
