Paul spent the first 10 years of his career building a boutique web design consultancy, Front, helping companies offer better experiences to their customers using the web. He then put this experience to work on a bigger stage at Monotype and lead market and product strategy for Monotype's Creative Professional business. 

Paul is now entrepreneur in residence at Catalyst, where he works as a mentor on the Springboard accelerator programme to help startups and growth businesses reduce go-to-market risk.
