Refunds and transfers
Once you have bought a ticket, it can't be refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled or postponed, sorry. We also can't cancel or refund any travel or accommodation you may have arranged in order to attend the event. You will need to cancel your flights/train tickets and room yourself.
You can, however, transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague should you be unable to attend. Just drop us a line at email@example.com us and we will do a name change free of charge.
Rules and regulations
You need to follow our venues' rules and regulations (which may be changed at the venues' discretion) as well as the code of conduct. You will also comply with all reasonable safety and any other announcements whilst attending the event, whether this is given by the venue or a Pixel Pioneers employee.
We have the right to refuse entry to the event or to eject any person behaving in a manner deemed unsociable or potentially dangerous, in breach of our terms and conditions, code of conduct, the safety regulations of the venue or any instructions given to you by any venue official/Pixel Pioneers employee at the event.
We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen property.
Sometimes a speaker may have to drop out and/or we may need to shuffle the order of the schedule around, so we reserve the right to change the event schedule and/or speakers. We'll always replace speakers who drop out with equally amazing speakers, though.
Photos and videos
We shoot photos and videos at our events. By attending the event you grant us the right to use such material taken over the days for marketing purposes. We kindly ask you not to use your own recording equipment, though. Of course you can take your own pictures and share them on social media (in fact, we encourage it) but don't film whole sessions, which would be disruptive to the rest of the audience, unless we give you permission to do so.
Please contact us if you want to attend the event and have any special requirements such as access for wheelchairs or are hearing impaired. No problem at all, we will do our best to accommodate you.
